KK BOLD advertising agency today announced Triple H Miniature Horse Rescue, Mandan, N.D., as the winner of its 2015 Step Up! community service contest. Triple H will receive up to $15,000 in free creative services from KK BOLD.
Selection of the winner was determined by public voting. More than 11,000 votes were cast between Feb. 9 and Feb. 19, 2015, on KK BOLD’s Facebook page and website.
“Triple H Miniature Horse Rescue was excited just to be nominated in the Step Up! contest,” said Alison Smith, Triple H founder. “We are so proud and appreciative of our Facebook fans who kept sharing our link and voting for us.
“At Triple H, our goal is to get animals adopted and make sure others living in difficult circumstances are fed. Our mission will get a significant boost from the marketing expertise KK BOLD will bring to our organization,” Smith said.
“The KK BOLD staff is looking forward to working with Triple H,” said LaRoy Kingsley, president. “We’re ready to roll up our sleeves and get to work helping them establish an even stronger brand.”
The contest began with 22 nominations, all organizations that play important roles in their communities and region. Three finalists were named. In addition to Triple H, they were Companions for Children, which provides mentoring relationships between children and adult volunteers in the Minot area, and North Dakota DECA, which prepares North Dakota high school and college students to be leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality and management.
Triple H Miniature Horse Rescue is dedicated to the rescue, care, nurturing and rehabilitation of miniature equine and other animals that have been abused or neglected. The organization also operates Atti’s Eats, a pet food and supply pantry that provides temporary food and supplies to companion animals in the hope of keeping them with their owners.
