We sat down with our Social Media Director, Monique Kingsley, to learn what KK BOLD is doing to keep our clients ahead of the competition.
Monique started the position of Social Media Director in November 2018 and since then she has made strides in the social media world for KK BOLD and our clients. Social Media is always changing and evolving, so it’s important to keep up with new innovations and tools. One of the new additions, she says, is our ability to track third party ticketing websites like Etix or Yapsody through a tool called Facebook Pixel. Being an agency that works with many events and concerts, this tool is very helpful to see how our advertisements are paying off in terms of ticket sales. The results give social proof that the Facebook ads we run are working to produce revenue for our clients.
Google also has new social media innovations. Monique says, “Recent enhancements allow us to do better reporting and to push or test code out to websites without having website developers directly involved”. This is a much more efficient and seamless way of reporting and viewing analytics for websites and can help make updating tags convenient.
