The North Dakota State Fair and KK BOLD are very excited to once again be recognized with multiple Hall of Honors Communication Awards by the International Association of Fairs and Expositions at their 125th annual convention in Las Vegas.
Founded in 1885, the IAFE represents more than 1,100 fairs around the world. The North Dakota State Fair received multiple awards at the 2014 IAFE competition, after having done equally as well in 2013. In all, the State Fair won 13 first place, 5 second place and 2 third place awards. Awards that involved KK BOLD’s creative services included:
First Place Awards
Newspaper Ad – Black & White
Newspaper Ad – Color
Misc. Marketing/Promotional Display or Piece
Second Place Awards
Printed Promotional Material
Third Place Awards
Promotional Advertising – Outdoor
“NDSF works hard to be one of the premier fairs in the country and KK BOLD does our best to show them off,” said Stephanie Schoenrock, KK BOLD vice president. “KK BOLD has worked with NDSF for over 12 years. We work well together and have seen a lot of success in the program that we’ve built. The recognition from the advertising awards are always nice to see, but we enjoy seeing the event continue to grow even more.”
Our congratulations go out to the North Dakota State Fair for the continued and plentiful honors. They’re well-deserved, and if they continue at the current rate, you may need to invest in a bigger mantle.
