KK BOLD has been working with the North Dakota Lottery since 2012 and since then has helped create many Cash Dash campaigns. With Cash Dash, participants get one of each Lottery game (Powerball with Power Play, Lucky for Life®, Mega Millions with Megaplier, Lotto America with All Star Bonus and 2by2) for $11 and could instantly win up to $500. The promotion ran this year from November 1-28.
This year has had its own set of challenges, but both the KK team and Lottery team are very happy with the fact that Cash Dash has consistently gained in success each year, including this year.
Ashley Eggl, KK BOLD’s Account Manager for the Lottery says, “We used TV, radio and outdoor billboards while upping our presence online with a social media plan this year.”
One of our goals with the social media campaign was to increase website traffic and we almost doubled the sessions to the website compared to the 2019 campaign. Alongside website traffic, we also implemented a retargeting strategy to remind those who showed interest in the promotion to get their tickets before the promotion ended, thus creating a conversion.
During the past eight years in partnership with the North Dakota Lottery, they’ve been innovative in their approach to how they offer their gaming promotions and also how they market them. KK BOLD is here for it and looking forward to many more years of consistent growth.
