Sharing knowledge on Facebook humanizes you. People buy from other people, so humanizing who you are is what attracts people to buy.
Using video, you can use these three steps to funnel viewers — Awareness, Consideration and Conversion. Awareness, Consideration and Conversion equates to Know, Like and Trust and also Why, How and What. The Why can be answered by sharing your beliefs, the How by sharing your knowledge and the What is where you are able to convert to selling your product or service.
Make sure your videos don’t look like advertisements. For example, a landscape covered with words is clearly self promotional. Facebook is looking for little snippets or tidbits of information about what your interests are. So feed those little snippets through video in a Why, How and What format.
It’s no secret that people don’t want to see an ad. They want to be entertained. Advertisers can do that by giving the user a background of who you are, what you believe in and why you are doing what you do. You never want to be the advertiser asking for the conversion. If you can strike engagement on Facebook through video, you can track that video. Once you have their attention, then ask them to engage with you.
