As one of the biggest credit unions in the state, with branches in Minot, Fargo, Kenmare and Stanley, Town & Country Credit Union is kind of a big deal. As such, they needed a big and exciting marketing campaign to match. That’s where KK BOLD came in.
Town & Country’s Vice President of Marketing Shannon Webster was already familiar with our capabilities, and challenged our team to join Town & Country in freshening up their identity. We were tasked with making their TV and radio advertising, print, website and online media plan an integrated effort.
Town & Country’s new tagline “Go to Town” was chosen to lead the new campaign. Along with the tagline, a new approach was also put in place with all of T&CCU’s marketing efforts, one that reflected a new confidence with more energy that presented the credit union in a more approachable fashion. The advertisements have a new attitude, meant to change the way customers look at Town & Country Credit Union.

We also assisted Town & Country in launching a newly designed website. The new design provides a more intuitive and enjoyable experience for T&CCU members. It has a completely updated look, along with online banking abilities previously not highlighted in the site. TCCU Online, Town & Country’s online banking system, was given its own distinct bar, streamlining all of its functions to make the online experience simpler and more functional. To meet the needs of the credit union communication strategies, the News & Alerts sections were combined to keep all TCCU members up to date on important news and events.
The new campaign and website were launched recently, and early impressions have been incredibly positive. We look forward to continuing to develop the TCCU brand, to encourage more and more people in the region to Go to Town.
