ND Lottery Lucky For Life, Lucky For TV Advertisements

With the recent $1.5 billion Powerball jackpot, it’s safe to say the lottery’s been heavily in the news as of late. With lottery fever sweeping the nation, now was as good a time as it gets for the North Dakota Lottery to be launching a new game, and KK BOLD was on hand to help with the grand unveiling. Just as soon as we finished waiting by our TV sets for the Powerball numbers to be read off. Come on, lucky 15!

To introduce/celebrate/advertise/proclaim to the heavens the fact that the North Dakota lottery added a new game called Lucky for Life™ to their roster, KK BOLD created two new TV spots and a ‘How to Play’ (Lucky for Life™) video (Which you can view for yourself by clicking right here).

The biggest draw about Lucky for Life™ is the top prize means winning $1,000 a day for the rest of your life. That’s what we call an “easy sell” in the advertising business. Who wouldn’t want to receive a thousand dollars a day every day for the rest of their life? Certainly not us. Getting that much money every day would seemingly become as natural as, say, receiving the morning paper, or having your morning coffee (you’ll see where we’re going with this at the end of this article).

We just so happened to pick THE coldest day of the year in North Dakota to shoot, but our talent was phenomenal and never complained once, possibly due to the hypothermia. The ready availability and usage of coffee, hand and feet warmers and grandma scarves also seemed to help.

Grandma scarves. Don’t leave home without them.

Overall the shoot was a definite success, one that we are proud to have been a part of! The Lucky for Life™ ads are now showing on television screens near you, but just in case you don’t have a TV handy, see them for yourself via the magic of the Internet:
