Before We Step Up!, Looking Back at Triple H

KK BOLD has launched a new Step Up! community service contest. But, before we get all excited about working with a new client, we want to talk just one more time about how rewarding it was to work with Triple H Miniature Horse Rescue, Mandan, ND, winner of the most recent Step Up! contest.

After all, how could you not love the Triple H horses and other animals at the rescue? Who wouldn’t be inspired by the efforts of this amazing team of animal advocates?

Triple H came out the big winner when more than 11,000 votes were cast in a ten-day public voting contest on KK BOLD’s website and Facebook page.

Much in need of a new website, KK BOLD worked with Alison Smith, co-founder of the rescue, to create a web presence featuring the horses available for adoption. The responsive site also provides the forms needed to adopt as well as information about other ways to contribute to the rescue’s important work. A second website was created for Atti’s Eats, Triple H’s pet food and supplies pantry.

Understanding the need to connect Triple H’s broad base of rescue operations, KK BOLD linked to the website Facebook pages for Lil Miss Chevious, a little goat with a big personality; Gi Joe, the brave paralyzed Chihuahua whose story inspires others; and Kitty City, Triple H’s safe haven for hard-to-place cats.

KK BOLD’s work with Triple H also included attracting public and media attention to the not-for- profit organization with the overarching goal of raising funds to support the rescue’s mission.

In addition to Triple H, 21 agencies were nominated for the most recent Step Up! contest, all organizations that play important roles in their communities and region. Now the KK BOLD team can’t wait to learn more about the groups nominated for the 2017 Step Up! contest.

Is there a non-profit or not-for-profit you’d like to nominate for up to $15,000 in KK BOLD’s creative services? If so, go to kkbold.com. Read more about the contest and nominate your favorite group.
